About the KFP (2025 Format)
The Key Feature Problem exam consists of 26 clinical vignettes with 70 MSQs over 4 hours. Each question requires selecting multiple correct answers (typically 2-5).
2025 Marking Scheme:
- +1 point for each correct answer selected
- -0.35 penalty for each extra (incorrect) answer
- Minimum score per question: 0 (can't go negative)
