1. Acceptance of Terms

6.2 No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Use of this Service does not create a doctor-patient relationship. The Service does not provide medical care to any person.

6.4 AI Limitations: While we employ dual-AI verification and anti-hallucination measures, AI systems may produce errors. Users must exercise professional judgement and critical evaluation of all outputs.

7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Content: All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by GP AI Tutor or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 Third-Party Content: Clinical guidelines and references sourced from third parties (e.g., RACGP, TGA, Australian Therapeutic Guidelines) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used for educational reference purposes.
7.3 User Content: By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, process, and analyse such content for service improvement purposes, in de-identified form.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GP AI TUTOR AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
8.2 We specifically disclaim any liability for clinical decisions made using information from the Service. Users bear full responsibility for all clinical judgements and patient care decisions.
8.3 Our total liability for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GP AI Tutor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights. This includes any claims arising from clinical decisions made using information from the Service.
10. Service Availability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
